Win a £3,000 wedding at stunning Woodhall Manor

If you are looking for romance, a good place to find it will be Woodhall Manor in Suffolk.

The manor, which is licensed for civil partnerships, is something special – and you and your loved one could soon be celebrating your civil partnership there.

For Tickled Pink has teamed up with Woodhall Manor to offer one lucky couple the chance to win exclusive use of the venue’s elegant banqueting suite for their ceremony and reception.

A co-ordinator will work with the chosen couple in the run-up to their big day to ensure everything runs to perfection. "Attention to detail is crucial to a successful civil partnership,” says events manager Jo Barnard.

The manor is set in nine acres of landscaped grounds with walled gardens dating back to the 16th century.
It is, says Jo, a picture-perfect setting for any civil partnership.

"We can host ceremonies for up to 200 guests in the Dove Cote or smaller, intimate weddings inside
the main house,” she said.

Not only that, but if your guests need somewhere to sleep, up to 30 of them can stay in 12 stunningly appointed en-suite bedrooms. For your chance to celebrate your civil partnership at this wonderful venue, simply answer the following question: "Which century does Woodhall Manor date back to?”

Please email your answer to tickledpink@profilecommunication.com

Please don’t forget to include your name, address and daytime telephone.

The closing date is October 31st 2010. The prize, which is worth about £3,000, is subject to availability. Further terms and conditions apply. No correspondence will be entered into. Normal competition rules apply and the editor’s decision is final.

WHAT YOU THINK OF US

I just happened to come across your site and it looks great. I am a make-up artist based in Cornwall and I have done a few lesbian weddings over the past couple of years and what surprises me is that they phone up and are worried that I may take offence that they are gay. It must be horrible to feel in that position so to have a magazine featuring people who are happy to make their day special is such a fantastic idea.

Just a quick email to thank you for my copy of the new magazine and to say how pleased I am to be part of it – I’m really impressed!  I love the tone of the editorial which has managed  to be informative without being patronising – a rarity in the world of wedding journalism, I find! Wishing you every success with the South West edition of Tickled Pink.
